STANDARDIZING & RESTRUCTURING TECHNICAL MANUALS

As Trane was preparing to rewrite and restructure their service manuals for their content management implementation, we rewrote and restructured several samples for them, and taught the technical writing team structured authoring techniques.

GUIDING STUDENTS

The Ministry of Economic Development’s Business Plan Wizard is an e-learning application that teaches students in grades 7 through 12 how to develop a business plan in a fun and interactive way. We developed the how-to manual for both students and teachers, illustrating how to move throughout the wizard seamlessly.

Select Ontario  helps investors from around the world explore opportunities in Ontario. We researched, wrote, and designed the Select Ontario user and training manual, incorporating quick reference pages for students to use after they completed the training.
